Welcome to the “Climate Development Forum 2022 Global Science and Technology Impact Investment Conference” hosted by Hainan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment. In order to facilitate you to better arrange the schedule of the conference and participate in the activities of the conference, we have carefully prepared the participation guide for you. Please be sure to read the following carefully to prepare for the meeting:

Registered guests can get their certificates at the signing place with the sign-in SMS notification, green travel code, Hainan health code and nucleic acid test certificate. During the conference, please wear your ID card and keep it properly in case it is lost or claimed by others.
Unregistered guests can click Register to register.
4. Admission requirements for epidemic prevention
4.1. Strictly implement the requirement of “two inspections in three days”. Please take at least 2 nucleic acid tests (at least 24 hours apart) within the first 3 days of the meeting.
4.2. All participants from other provinces and cities should complete personal health declaration at least 48 hours in advance and generate Hainan health code.
4.3. When entering the venue for the first time every day, all personnel (including those on the island) should have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours.
4.4. Please wear a mask throughout the event.
4.5. During the meeting, the Organizing committee will set up a nucleic acid detection point near the sign-in registry, and the service time is as follows:
