As the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Impact X, Tony Boatman is an expert at bringing team members together, using his leadership to lead the entire team to break the traditional way of thinking about work and inspire everyone to create a positive impact on the world.
Tony was Nokia’s head of marketing in Asia Pacific where he was involved in 27 new product launches over a seven-year period. He later took over Microsoft’s marketing operations, bringing millions of users to Southeast Asian markets for products such as the Xbox 360.
After leaving big business, Tony went into entrepreneurship: as a partner he founded a health technology company and a social enterprise called Bicycle Barista, both of which were successful in related fields. In 2012, Tony was named one of the Top 100 Global Sustainability Leaders of the Year for his work with former U.S. Vice President Al Gore on the Climate Reality Project.
