Chairman, Taiwan Stonemason Cultural & Creative Group
Mr. Spencer Chang is the Chairman of Taiwan Stonemason Cultural & Creative Group, Chairman of Taiwan Dynamic & Static Integrated Marketing Co., Ltd., and Director of the 21st Century Foundation. With extensive involvement in the cultural and creative sectors, wellness tourism, and green low-carbon development, he has long collaborated with leading environmental experts in Taiwan to advance circular-economy and waste-to-resource initiatives. In recent years, he has introduced to Hainan several Taiwan-developed innovations—including a mature organic waste treatment system, the patented Eco-board (paper-wood material), and recycled coffee-fiber products—supporting sustainable manufacturing, eco-friendly exhibition solutions, and wellness-oriented environments.
In the area of public service, Mr. Spencer Chang has been actively committed to social responsibility. Following the Wenchuan earthquake, he promptly initiated and led the Taiwan and Taiwanese Business Community Disaster Relief Fundraising Campaign, successfully raising more than RMB 70 million to support post-disaster reconstruction. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he coordinated resources across Taiwan to donate essential supplies—medical masks, face shields, protective gloves, and protective gowns—to Wuhan, Sichuan, and other affected regions, helping strengthen local healthcare protection and response capacity. Guided by the Stonemason Spirit—which emphasizes pioneering progress, craftsmanship, and a service-oriented ethos—Mr. Chang draws on his extensive industry experience to advance integration in green manufacturing, cultural innovation, and the development of sustainable environments.
