Research Fellow Fan Wubo serves as an expert for multiple government departments, including the China Association for Science and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Department of Science and Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province, and eight bureaus and agencies in Hainan Province. He is a master’s supervisor at Hainan University, Hainan Normal University, and Huazhong Agricultural University, and is recognized as a high-level talent in Hainan Province.

His academic contributions include the publication of 7 books, 98 articles, 5 policy advisory reports, and 4 patents. He has led 31 research projects. His notable awards include:

· Second Prize of Hainan Province Outstanding Achievement in Social Sciences.

· Third Prize of Scientific and Technological Innovation Award, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences.

· Outstanding Policy Proposal Award, Hainan Provincial Direct Working Committee.

· First Prize of Annual Outstanding Academic Achievement, National Higher Agricultural Education Research Association.

· Top Twenty Outstanding Paper Award, Chinese Society of Tropical Crops.
