Ms. Liu serves as Secretary-General of the Green Logistics Committee of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing and Deputy Director of the Materials Energy Conservation Center. A senior engineer and certified environmental impact assessment engineer, she primarily focuses on policy standards, industry platforms, and project operations related to green and low-carbon development, environmental protection, energy conservation, emissions reduction, and the circular economy in the logistics sector. She has contributed to nine publications, including the China Green Logistics Development Report, China Logistics Industry ESG Development Report, and China Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Treatment Research Report. Ms. Liu has participated in the development of 15 national and industry standards, such as Requirements for Greenhouse Gas Accounting and Reporting for Logistics Enterprises, Implementation Guidelines for Carbon Emission Management Systems in Logistics Enterprises, and Quantification Methods and Requirements for Product Carbon Footprint—Logistics Containers. With over 20 academic papers published, she has also led multiple provincial and ministerial research projects for entities like the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. As an appointed expert, she has repeatedly participated in national evaluations of provincial-level governments’ dual-control target accountability assessments.
