Sustainability Director, Nike Greater China
Li Fan, a Yale University graduate with a Master’s in Environmental Management, has been a transformative leader at Nike China since 2017. As the Director of Sustainability for Nike Greater China, she orchestrates the development and execution of innovative sustainability strategies, including a pioneering dual-carbon pathway for the region. Her tenure is distinguished by achievements in setting new industry standards and fostering innovative practices, such as the development of the zero-carbon China Logistics Centre and progressing the recycling of footwear products. Under her leadership, Nike Greater China revolutionizing its supply chain toward low-carbon operations and spearheading the creation of a sustainable circular economy in the footwear and apparel sectors. Fan’s commitment to innovation in the face of climate change has positioned Nike Greater China on a trajectory towards its ambitious goals of “zero carbon and zero waste”.

The Impact Climate Innovation Conference is an international platform for cooperation and exchange in the climate field, dedicated to connecting innovators, decision-makers and actors from different industries and multiple subjects, accelerating the green low-carbon transition and global emission reduction process through innovation and cross-border cooperation, and jointly building a sustainable future.
With the support of the Department of Ecology and Environment of Hainan Province and Department of Commerce of Hainan Province, the conference has been listed as a “Hainan Provincial Exhibition Project” for three consecutive years from 2022 to 2024.
