It has been engaged in the construction, operation and management of hydropower, wind power, thermal power, and photovoltaics projects in Xinjiang and Hainan for over 18 years.  He has participated in the “two reservoirs and nine levels” watershed planning for the Kaidu River in China and the construction and management of the Chahan Wusu Hydropower Station, the “one million installed capacity, ten billion assets” planning of the CHN ENERGY Aksu Hydropower Company and the construction of the Xiaoshi Gorge, Tumushuk, and Tailan River cascading power stations, the construction and operation of the CHN ENERGY project in Turpan, wind power and Hami coal power projects,  and the construction and management of the Ledong Hainan Ledong coal power plant, and in planning the transformation of the Ledong Scenic Fire Hydrogen Storage Multi-energy Complementary Energy Base and the 10-million-ton Yingge Port.  He has extensive experience in enterprise strategy management, project construction management, project bidding management, contract management, and project cost management.
