Mr. Wang Hai, a Certified Public Accountant and professor-level senior accountant in China, is currently the board secretary of China State Shipbuilding Group (Hong Kong) Shipping Company Limited (HK3877), and is currently the head of the chief Expert of the Company.

Mr. Wang Hai is currently a member of the Management Accounting Committee of the Chinese Accounting Association, a member of Management Accounting Advisory Experts of the Ministry of Finance, an advisory member of the China Accounting Standards Committee, and an expert member of the Transition Implementation Group (TIG) of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) of the International Financial Reporting Foundation (IFRS).
