Li Jinsong is a senior consultant for the Marine Conservation Project of the Beijing Entrepreneur Environmental Protection Foundation (SEE Foundation). He has long been engaged in marine public governance related work and has held positions in marine administrative departments, national level marine nature reserve management agencies, marine public welfare organizations, etc. He is familiar with issues such as marine environmental monitoring, marine engineering environmental impact assessment, marine nature reserve management, aquatic wildlife protection, marine spatial planning, marine economy and industrial planning. He has organized or participated in multiple local legislation, marine economic planning and marine related thematic research work related to the sea. Recently, he has mainly participated in sustainable fisheries, fishermen’s conversion to other industries, and marine waste management.
