Mr. Wang Lu started his career in the real estate industry in Hainan in 1994 and returned to Shanghai to work for ten years in 2000. After Hainan was approved as an international tourism island in 2010, he continued to provide comprehensive cultural, tourism, and real estate services in Hainan. In 2013, he successively established his own real estate service enterprise and local cultural and tourism new media in Hainan: HAINAN FTP SERVICE PLATFORM and Hainan Xindisco official account, focusing on two tracks of real estate and cultural and tourism respectively. After eleven years of development, its businesses have grown into “Jincheng – Traditional Real Estate Comprehensive Services”, “Jinlin – Commercial Property Asset Management and Operation Services”, and “Jinli – Local New Media Comprehensive Platform”. It has become a leading comprehensive service enterprise in traditional real estate, cultural and tourism real estate, building economy and new media, local life, and community management in Hainan. The goal is to become an island life and business recommendation officer who tells the new story of Hainan’s development and provides professional services for the growth of the free trade port in the context of its construction.
