Chairperson, the Haikou Non-Standard Business Owners Association; Chairman, Hainan FTP Service Platform; Vice President & Secretary General, Hainan Real Estate Industry Association
Mr. Wang began his career in Hainan’s real estate sector in 1994, later working in Shanghai for a decade from 2000. Following Hainan’s designation as an International Tourism Island in 2010, he returned to provide integrated services in cultural tourism real estate. In 2013, he founded his own real estate service company and local cultural tourism media platforms in Hainan: Jincheng·Island Services as well as two media accounts “Hainan Heart Discovery” and “FTP”, focusing respectively on real estate and cultural tourism. Over twelve years, these ventures evolved into three business divisions: “Jincheng—traditional integrated real estate services” “Jinlin—commercial property asset management and operations”, and “Jinli—local integrated new media platform”, collectively establishing a leading comprehensive service enterprise in Hainan covering traditional real estate, cultural tourism property, building economy, new media, local lifestyle, and creator communities. The company aims to become Hainan’s premier life and business ambassador—articulating Hainan’s development narrative and delivering professional services amid the Free Trade Port construction. On November 21, 2025, he was appointed President of the Haikou Non-Standard Business Owners Association, China’s first municipal-level association dedicated to non-standard commercial spaces and creative entrepreneurs.
