Mr. Han currently serves as a Member of the CPPCC Futian District Committee of Shenzhen, Deputy Chief Engineer, Director of the Comprehensive Research Department and Director of the Urban Safety and Resilience Planning Research Center of Shenzhen Urban Planning & Design Institute, Expert of the Shenzhen Municipal Government Science and Technology Professional Committee, Expert of Shenzhen Government Procurement Evaluation, and Director of Nanshan Institute of Science and Technology. Mr. Han has nearly 20 years of work experience in emerging planning fields such as urban planning, circular economy park design, new energy, and resilient cities. In recent years, he has presided over more than 200 planning and research projects, including national association standards, ministerial-level research topics, and major municipal-level projects. He has won more than 20 national, provincial, and municipal-level awards, compiled and co-compiled over 10 monographs, and published more than 20 academic papers. Among these achievements, there are more than 20 research topics related to the circular economy; his independently compiled monographs, such as Planning and Management of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure, Planning Methods and Implementation of Environmental Parks, and Planning Methods and Practice of Resilient Cities, have achieved good sales. He has also been invited to attend events such as the Annual Conference of the Urban Planning Society of China, the Annual Conference of the China Civil Engineering Society, and the Asia-Pacific Conference on Sustainable Built Environment as a guest speaker on multiple occasions to deliver keynote speeches.
