Wang Xiaojun has more than 20 years of experience in communicating, advocating, and managing for environmental protection, climate change, and public health NGOs. In 2018 and 2022, Wang Xiaojun established People of Asia for Climate Solutions (PACS) in Manila, Philippines, and Shanxi PACS Green Culture Center in Taiyuan, Shanxi respectively, to promote practical cross-border exchanges for a Coal-Free Shanxi, Green Belt and Road, and Green Renewable Energy Talents, etc.
