Ma Rui focuses on investment in new materials and frontier biotech sector. He is looking for innovation in materials and bio-chem technology resulting in sustainable business growth. Prior to joining Frees Fund, Rui had worked  years in Ministry of Environmental protection, China. Rui has over a decade research experiences in nano materials and environmental chemistry. Rui has a Civil and Environmental Engineering PhD degree from CMU. He also has a bachelor and a master degree from Tsinghua University in Environmental Engineering.
