Mr. Xu Hanshen is currently the Marketing Director of Wuxi Power Supply Branch of State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd. Formerly served as the Deputy General Manager of the New Energy Development Branch of Guangying Group Co., Ltd., Director of the Integrated Media Studio, Deputy Director of the Party Building Department of the Party Committee, and Director of the Material Management Department (Material Supply Center). He has rich experience in new energy development, brand building, energy efficiency services, customer service management, green electricity and green certificate services, and has won the honorary title of exemplary individual of the company for many times.In 2024, he led the company’s marketing department to make breakthroughs in green development and promoted the introduction of a special operation subsidy policy with vehicle network interactive charging facilities. The second phase construction plan of Wuxi Car Network Interactive Verification Base has successfully passed the expert group review of State Grid Corporation of China. Establish the first national green electricity and green certificate service station, and take the lead in proposing green electricity and green certificate consumption incentive measures in prefecture level cities across the country. Establish a market entry service process that covers the entire life cycle of applying for distributed photovoltaic green certificates, serve enterprises to obtain the first batch of national green electricity certificates, complete the first distributed photovoltaic green electricity transaction in the province, and streamline the entire process of market-oriented transaction settlement for distributed photovoltaics.Mr. Xu Hanshen graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a bachelor’s degree.
