Prof. Zhang Yan, “South China Sea Innovative Talent” of Hainan Province,member of Hainan Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization Research Association , expert of the Science and Technology Department of Hainan Province, director of Hainan Society for Environmental Science, Master’s supervisor of Hainan Normal University, and professor of the “Dual Carbon” course of Henan University.Her research interests include Low-carbon City and Low-carbon Education. The ideas she proposed have been approved by the leaders of the provincial party committee and the provincial government twice, and have been transformed into provincial actions. She published several research books, such as Studies On Low-carbon City Models and Methods , and more than 40 academic papers in domestic and foreign academic journals.
