Mr. Huang Chunren has extensive experience in project development and management in areas such as aquaculture and marine ranching. He has served as a senior manager of multiple national and provincial leading enterprises, deputy secretary-general of the China Aquatic Product Processing and Marketing Association Stone Bass Fish Branch, and director of the Station of Hainan Province Stone Bass Fishery Industry Technology System. He also serves as a director of the Hainan Province Seed Industry Laboratory and a master’s supervisor at Hainan University. Hosted and participated in multiple national, provincial, and ministerial level key research and development programs, obtained two new national aquatic species, published seven papers, obtained fifty-two patents, developed and operated the first semi submersible wave energy aquaculture tourism platform in China, “Penghu”, promoted the construction of a national level marine ranch for agricultural investment in Sanya Bay, committed to creating a distinctive tropical leisure tourism characteristic marine ecological ranch, and achieved the first case in China where a public welfare marine ranch was converted into a commercial marine ranch. I have been recognized as a “Nanhai Local Talent” in Hainan Province, a high-level talent in Hainan Free Trade Port, and a local expert in Guangdong Province. Received the first prize of Hainan Province Science Progress Award in 2021 and the “Second Hainan Province Rural Practical Talent Award” in 2022.
