Ni Shoubin

Mr. Ni Shoubin is currently a professor at the Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property of Tongji University. His main research and teaching areas are financial law, commercial law, trust law, and green finance law. He also serves as an executive director of the China Commercial Law Society, the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Commercial Banks, the Shanghai Law Society, vice president of the Financial Law Research Association, vice president of the Case Law Research Association, and vice director of the Wealth Rule of Law Research Center. He is also an expert member of the Financial Trial Professional Committee of the China Institute of Applied Jurisprudence. He is also a member of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Disciplinary Committee, an expert consultant for financial trials in the Shanghai Court, an expert juror for cases involving free trade zones in the Shanghai First Intermediate People’s Court, a special consultant for the Shanghai Second Intermediate People’s Court, an arbitrator for the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, an arbitrator for the Shanghai International Arbitration Center, a legal advisor for Qingdao, a legal advisor for the Shanghai Economic and Information Technology Commission, and a legal advisor for Songjiang District in Shanghai.
