With over 10 years of experience in the beauty and personal care industry, she has been involved in the entire industry value chain, including raw materials, product development, branding, marketing, and sales. She possesses extensive expertise in fragrances, personal care, and cosmetics, and is a practitioner of fragrance psychology. With an international perspective and work experience, she has lived, studied, and worked in Vancouver, Singapore, Tokyo, London, and Manchester. She holds a degree in Mathematics from Nanjing University and a Global MBA from the University of Manchester in the UK. She is a certified psychological counselor and a member of the Shanghai Psychological Association. She has been a lecture speaker on the topic of “ESG and Business Innovation” at various domestic and international institutions, including the NYU Shanghai Business School, Euro-Asia Business College of East China Normal University, Donghua University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Business School, and the University of Manchester Business School. In 2023, she was selected by the Rayli magazine as one of the female brand founders in the “Creators of Sustainable Beauty” list. She was also a member of the Sephora Accelerate Program in 2020.
