Mr. Lai Xiaoming has long been engaged in enterprise management, investment management, and operation management of factor trading platforms. He has served as the Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange, and systematically participated in the mechanism design and platform construction of the Shanghai and national carbon markets.

Mr. Lai Xiaoming has achieved significant success in his career, leading or participating in major projects related to carbon markets and carbon finance in various national ministries, Shanghai municipal government, international financial institutions, etc. He concurrently holds honorary positions such as Expert of the Shanghai Dual Carbon Innovation Think Tank, Chairman of the International Low Carbon Innovation Research Center, Strategic Advisor of the China-UK Low Carbon College, and Special Expert of the Shanghai Energy and Carbon Neutrality Strategy Research Institute. He has also delivered speeches at multiple important forums and events, sharing his insights on the carbon trading market and the development of green energy.
