Launched in January 2020, Bloomberg Green aims to provide comprehensive coverage of the environmental challenges facing the world and the innovative solutions being developed to address them.
From 1999 to 2018, Alicia acted as senior leadership roles for China & APAC in MNCs of Hospitality, Retails and Consultancies. She opened 12 flagship hotel projects (e.g. Andaz Xintiandi, Grand & Park Hyatt) and 5 international fashion brands. She advised the top leadership, board members and shareholders.
From 2019 to 2023, Alicia served her role as COO for Great Place to Work, Greater China. During the difficult time, she explored new business models and built brand new social communication sales and operational teams, made historical business performance. Worked with the best workplaces in Greater China, Alicia aims be a bridge between the world and China through global media channels such as BBC.
In the spring of 2023, Alicia took over Bloomberg Green and strategized its new business in Greater China, with focuses on 6 major areas – sustainability, technology and energy, ESG investment, biodiversity, green finance, and culture, cities and design – she held the dialogues with businesses, scholars, and policy makers to look into high-level strategies, building up the influences thru transforming the leading innovative practices of domestic enterprises into sustainable brand competitiveness when going global, which comprehensively supports the Chinese enterprises in their internationalization process.
Alicia holds a Global Executive MBA degree from INSEAD, one of the top business schools in the world.
