She has previously worked at a specialized sustainability consulting firm, focusing on corporate sustainability and ESG strategy planning, pathway design, carbon emissions accounting and reduction strategies, sustainable product innovation, and ESG information disclosure.

At M&G, she led the breakdown of the group’s sustainable development strategic goals, completed organizational carbon emissions accounting, and facilitated carbon footprint certification for core products, driving the successful launch of M&G’s first Eco+Office product series. She oversaw the establishment of the group’s ESG data management system and developed specialized rating enhancement strategies, contributing to M&G’s MSCI ESG rating being upgraded to AA within three years. This effort positioned the company’s ESG practices as an industry benchmark, earning accolades such as the “Yicai Green China · 2024 Annual Case” and inclusion in the Fortune China ESG Influence List.
