Li Bingnan, as an observer and volunteer, went to Dubai, United Arab Emirates to participate in COP28. After the meeting, she served as a roundtable guest to share her observations on the climate summit and produced a short video called “Climate Journey: Dubai Edition”; Participated and led the “Carbon Neutrality Public Awareness Campaign” in collaboration with WWF (Switzerland) Beijing Office and China NCPA, and produced three science popularization short videos related to climate issues; she is currently serving as a climate change specialist and has conducted over ten climate change communication videos about rural, factory, and urban areas; she also has participated in the “Rural Energy Transformation and Low Carbon Development Project – Observation of Low Carbon Transformation in the Fenwei Plain Rural Energy Revolution Pilot” initiated by the SEE Foundation, and has produced two short videos on photovoltaic science popularization for climate mitigation.
