Chen Xia, Associate Investigator of the Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee, holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from the University of Science and Technology of China. She has long been engaged in working areas of resources and environment, green and low-carbon, and ESG in national level economic development zones, and has rich experience in green development work in development zones. Participated in the construction of national carbon peak pilot parks, organized research on the development path of near zero carbon park construction, and assisted in the formulation of important documents in regional ESG, new energy, industrial energy conservation, and other fields.
