Chen Lei is a Project Manager at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, where he manages the Foundation’s climate initiatives in China. With years of experience in sustainability, his expertise spans across circular economy, climate change, food system transformation and rural development. Collaborating widely with domestic and international partners, Chen provides evidence-based recommendations to decision-makers, contributing to international environmental cooperation and green transition. Before joining the Foundation, Chen worked at the World Resources Institute.
