Zhao Xiaoli graduated from China University of Mining and Technology and has worked for Fortune 500 energy companies. She is skilled in research, planning, and implementation of wind solar hydrogen storage vehicles, planning and implementation of new and old energy transformation and development projects, as well as research on carbon reduction and implementation of carbon sink projects in China. She is currently serving as the Chairman and Dean of Inner Mongolia Smart Logistics Carbon Neutrality Technology Innovation Research Institute, with 12 years of work experience in the energy industry, 8 years in the Internet of Things industry, and 3 years in voluntary emission reduction consulting and trading. She has been invited multiple times as a guest speaker to give lectures at large-scale conferences organized by the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment Protection, the Coal Industry Association, the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing, the China Transport Association, the World Resources Institute, and the Shanghai Environment Exchange. I have been elected as a member of the 7th Committee of the Qingshan District Association for Science and Technology and appointed as a special expert of the China Federation of Natural Science and Technology Expert Committee. The leading research and implementation project “Key Technologies for Operation and Management in Coal Transportation Process, Carbon Emission Reduction Effect Evaluation and Demonstration Application” won the second prize of the Logistics Science and Technology Progress Award.
