Yuwei Shao is the Innovation Research Manager at Impact Hub Shanghai, where she leads research and ecosystem-building efforts to advance sustainable innovation.She previously worked as a Climate and Energy Analyst at a leading Chinese think tank, where she focused on climate and energy policy. She also served as a campaigner at a NGO, leading public engagement initiatives on the youth’s climate actions. Yuwei holds a Master’s degree in International Trade and Commercial Law from Durham University.
