Mr. Bao once served as the first Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Hangzhou Huanglong Business District Association, a member of the 12th Hangzhou Youth Federation, and a member of the Zhejiang Provincial Youth Federation. He is a practitioner and innovator who has been deeply involved in the public welfare and environmental protection field for many years. Since 2017, he has actively promoted environmental education, spearheaded waste sorting and resource recycling activities in schools, including Hangzhou Jianlan Middle School and Baoshuta Experimental School. After joining Hangzhou Xihu Environmental Group in 2019, he founded the “Jingling” recycling brand, built 210 environmental stations, launched the “Jingling” recycling bus service, organize and implement  waste sorting for projects including Alipay’s Z Space and the Yunqi Conference. In 2021, he seized opportunities in the “dual carbon” strategy, focusing on the field of small electronic recycling. He conducted in-depth research on the Yangtze River Delta market and explored projects for the dismantling and recycling of small electronic. In 2025, Zhejiang Jiaxing LvXun Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in Haiyan, Jiaxing, which specialized in the resource utilization of discarded small electronic appliances. Through the world’s leading refined crushing, deep cleaning and intelligent sorting technologies, LvXun realizes the transformation of waste resources into high-value recycled materials, and promotes the deep integration of the circular economy and sustainable development.
