Senior Director, Public Government Affairs and Sustainable Development, Bayer China
Ms. Bai Chenxi is the Head of Public Government Affairs and Sustainable Development at Bayer China. She joined Bayer in January 2006 and has held positions such as Product Manager, Project Planning, and Director of Market Access and Research in the Business Sales Department. Ms. Bai’s current position is mainly responsible for building communication bridges between Bayer and various levels of government and non-governmental organizations, analyzing policies and political and economic dynamics related to life science business, and providing strategic recommendations for Bayer’s continuous development in China. She actively organized various departments of the company to participate in government enterprise communication and exchange meetings, as well as major external events such as the China International Import Expo, the China Development Forum, and the Xiamen International Trade Fair. In addition, she is responsible for promoting and advancing Bayer’s sustainable development goals and action practices. Prior to joining Bayer, Ms. Bai worked at companies such as Peking University First Hospital, Japan’s First Pharmaceutical, and Novartis. Bai Chenxi graduated from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and systematically studied the Western Economics Research Course of Renmin University of China, the Postgraduate Course of Applied Psychology of Beijing Normal University, and the BiMBA Program of Peking University.
